I had a mixed experience at the Waldorf. The rooms were a bit tired and small, not quite up to the luxury standard I expected, although the huge TV was a nice touch. On the bright side, the hot water and rain shower head were great. The service, especially from Ben, was lovely and helpful, making my partner's birthday weekend even more special. The location was excellent for the Lyceum theatre and Covent Garden, but it felt a bit crowded at times. The dining experience was a bit hit or miss with fantastic choices but also some substandard offerings. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were immaculate, well-equipped, and had a modern yet classic design in line with the hotel's age. The bathroom was gorgeous, the bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the separate sofa and TV room. However, the room was quite small and didn't feel worth the money.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and genuinely helpful staff, though there was a small hiccup with the meal order. The hotel room was spacious with a single pull-out bed, which was perfect for our teenage daughter. However, the cleanliness was lacking despite paying a significant amount for our two-night stay. The absence of regular housekeeping, even upon request, was disappointing.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were big and had a single pull-out bed, suitable for our teenage daughter. However, the cleanliness did not meet expectations, especially considering the high cost of £830.00 for two nights in a suite and the limited towel change without housekeeping.
Service
8.0
The staff were very helpful and honest. Housekeeping returned my forgotten sat nav promptly. Lucas, the deputy manager, showed exceptional hospitality. The breakfast room staff, particularly a friendly black lady, had a nice demeanor. However, there is room for improvement in customer service skills, particularly at reception.

The room was left uncleaned, and there were issues with communication at the restaurant, though breakfast was enjoyable.
